Brachyscome iberidifolia is native to southern and western Australia and even found in parts of New Zealand. The genus is often both known as Brachyscome and Brachycome, which came about due to a mistranslation of Greek when classifying the plant’s taxonomical name. The species iberidifolia literally translates to “similar to iberis.”
