Growing Directions:

For best results, presoak beet seeds. Grow beet microgreen seeds in soil. Bury the beet seed with a thin layer of soil. If you choose not to bury the seeds of the micro green, cover with a moist paper towel and mist often until the seeds germinate and take root. Keep soil medium adequately moist but not soaking wet as it will lead to possible rot.

The longer you grow on your beta vulgaris microgreen garden, the more texture will appear in the enjoyment of eating your microgreens. To harvest beet micros, simply take scissors or a very sharp knife and cut the microgreen stems, a few at a time, just above the soil line. Remove the soil from the grow tray, now consumed with micro beetroots, and compost it. Wash your tray for further beet microgreens growing! Try growing a small tray for starters--a paper packet is the perfect amount for a test grow.
